Strengths Coaching

Using our strengths is the smallest thing we can do to make the biggest difference
Alex Linley

Our strengths are our greatest area of potential. They enable optimal functioning and are authentic and energizing. The strengths approach focuses on the things that energise you and that you are good at. It builds your capability to achieve your goals.

While strengths coaching can be conducted as a stand-alone process, it is usually a sub-set of a wider coaching program.

POSITIVE OUTCOMES

* Research shows that when people utilise their strengths they are generally happier, more confident and have higher levels of self-esteem. People who work from their strengths are more likely to achieve their goals and deliver better performance.

* Similarly, organisations that tap into unused talent in their organisation attract and retain more of the people they need, build employee engagement and improve teamwork. Teams that leverage the strengths of employees are more engaged and productive.

* Strengths Coaching is a powerful adjunct to all types of coaching and should be considered as an inclusion in any coaching program.

THE PROCESS

Clients complete an online assessment. Penelope reviews the results and meets with you to
debrief the report in the context of your goals. Clients then set goals, develop an action plan and take action!
